1. Create a folder on the root of the users C:\ called Workbench.

2. In the [Start] | [Run] box ( [Windows key + R] ) type %appdata% and press [Enter] (or click [OK] ).
 

3. Edit the WBP.CFG file with Notepad, and add the following to end of the file and save:

[System]
DBLogLevel=2
DBLogFile=C:\Workbench\WBOut.txt
 


4. Restart the Workbench client and the WBOut.txt file will be created in the Workbench folder.
