Registering a server in IBOConsole (for use via Remote Desktop)
After logging onto the Workbench server by RDP, navigate to the \workbench\fbserver\bin folder and double-click the IBOConsole.exe file.
Right-click Servers and choose [Register].
On the Register Server and Connect screen, select the [Remote Server] radio button. Enter the Server Name and change the Network Protocol to TCP/IP. Enter an Alias Name and ensure the Save Alias Information box is ticked. Enter the SYSDBA User Name and password into the Login Information field and click [OK].
Once connected the newly registered server appears in the list.
