To access a list of documents faster it is possible to configure the Workbench client software to launch the View Document window immediately after logging in to Workbench. Used in conjunction with DocList functionality it allows speedier access to document hierarchy.

After logging in to Workbench select [File] [User Preferences...] from the menu.



Select the [Workflow Settings] tab, highlight Show "View Document" dialog when logging into Workbench and tick the Use this workflow setting? box.



Press [Apply].



Press [OK] to the "Information" message.



Press [Cancel] to exit from the [Workflow Settings] window.



When next logging in to Workbench, the "Select Document to View" window is automatically opened.
