The Interlingua program is run from the executable located in C:\Program Files\Ideagen\WBPro\Atlas Client\Client Executable folder.



Run Interlingua.exe, provide the default password (this is masterkey) and press the [OK] button.



Select the database pertinent to the dictionary being edited and press the [OK] button.



Once the Interlingua Dictionary Editor has opened, select [Save to external...] from the File menu.
 


Proceed to name and save the .trans file to a suitable location i.e. Desktop.



From Microsoft Excel select [File] [Open] and change the file types to All Files. Locate the .trans file and press the [Open] button.



When the Text Import Wizard opens, ensure that the [Delimited] radio button is checked and press [Finish]. Excel opens to show the populated columns.





All translations should be made in Column B of the spreadsheet.



Having completed this, save any changes and close Excel. In Interlingua select [File] [Import from external...] from the [File] menu. Locate the .trans file and press Open.





Check that the translations are present and correct. Assuming they are, select [File] [Publish] from the menu.



Respond [Yes] to the confirmation message.



Exit Interlingua.
