Null Remote Address when running Workbench
When the user logs into Ideagen Workbench, they receive a message stating 'Null Remote Address'. This happens when users are setup to use SMTP Mail in their Workbench Personnel record, but the SMTP Host address/name defined on the Workbench server is incorrect. To correct this:
1. Log onto the Workbench server and run the Workbench Configuration Manager (if there is no Start menu shortcut, the executable file is in the \workbench\Ideagen\WBPro\Atlas Server\Server Executable folder and is called ServerConfiguration.exe).
2. Click on the [Mail] tab and edit the SMTP Host so that it is correct.
3. Click the [Apply] button and then click [OK] to the Information dialog.
4. Click [Yes] to the first Confirmation dialog.
5. Click [Yes} to the second Confirmation dialog.
Once the services have finished restarting the the [OK] and [Apply] buttons will be Greyed out.
6. Close the Configuration Manager, and ask the user to try logging into Workbench.
